Luke’s latest unarmed robbery comes to an impasse when his sister, Hanna, shows up. 

They can reproduce the effects of various pieces of tech by touch once they thoroughly understand them. But “you gotta connect and deliver the power,” said their mentor.

Over the years, they have each honed this ability under very different circumstances. Luke, a runaway renegade; Hanna, an agent of the State. “State property,” Luke would say. 

She has come to stop his wanton violence. He’s not about to let her.
